Deb Marsh comes from a background of design, as well as sales and marketing. She began her career in Hobart after completing a Diploma of Applied Design, which led to an initial career as both a fashion designer and also as a teacher of Applied Design with the Education Department in Tasmania.Since moving to Cairns in the early nineties, Deb has been both self- employed in property styling/interior design and in executive holiday rental marketing and management and she has also worked for several years in management for Pacific Brands (the parent company for iconic Australian brands such as NNT, Sheridan and Bonds).Deb has worked on small projects such as design, fit out and marketing for sale of individual executive properties right through to implementation of new corporate wardrobes and imaging for some of Australia’s largest companies.She has the unique ability to combine an intuitive and creative mind with the practicality, adaptability and exceptional standards required for success in the real estate world.Most of all, Deb has always had a GENUINE passion for real estate …. not something that can be easily learned or taught…. a huge advantage for Marsh Property and our clients.
